Before I became a counselor, I lived through my own WTF moments—narcissistic abuse, burnout, cancer, and a full-on reinvention of my life and relationship with alcohol.

I know what it’s like to feel like your past is running the show, and I also know what it takes to dig in and change.

I bring evidence-based tools like EMDR, somatic work, and the Gottman Method into therapy—but I also bring my full, human self.

People tell me I’m the therapist they didn’t know they needed.

My clients know I’m not going to sit there nodding silently while they vent—I’m going to reflect what I see, challenge what’s holding them back, and walk with them while they do the real, deep work.

And if we laugh along the way (which we probably will), even better.

Professional Endorsement

“Angela brings a unique perspective to mental health and offers a wide variety of life experience and holistic approaches. Angela is very down to earth and easy to talk to. EMDR can be life changing. I highly recommend Angela!“
